Inclusion- SEND

Please find below information regarding supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities in school.

We have a fantastic sensory room in school which is accessed by all our children, however this is an essential leaning experience for some of our pupils with SEND.

Please contact our SENCO Mrs Kathryn Jamil via the School Office 01706 214134 with any questions or queries you may have or for further support/information.

If you have a complaint regarding Special Educational Needs and Disabilities please contact Mrs Jamil our SENCO and she will be happy to support you or our Headteacher, Miss Brady.

Tenpin Panathlon North West Regional Finals

Congratulations to our bowling team who represented St. James’ and Rossendale again at the North West Finals in Bolton. They showed wonderful teamwork, cheering each other on and even scored some strikes. We are really proud of their success and sportsmanship!

'We got a strike and supported each other'. 'I cheered for my friends and we worked together'. 'It was an amazing experience'.

Tenpin Panathlon Lancashire Finals

⭐⭐⭐A massive CONGRATULATIONS... ⭐⭐⭐ to the children in Year 5 and 6. They all showed amazing team work and resilience during the Lancashire Tenpin Bowling finals. Due to finishing in the top 4 places, they have qualified for the North West regional final in March 2025.

Tenpin Panathlon Rossendale Competition

Well Done to Our Panathlon Ten-Pin Bowling Team! We are thrilled to announce that our Panathlon Ten-Pin Bowling Team clinched 1st place at the Rossendale Finals! Thanks to their hard work , they will now go on to represent Rossendale at the Lancashire finals in January.
