This term we are looking at the topic ‘Journeys’. This week our focus is different ways to travel, alongside the story of ‘The Gingerbread man.
We started the week off outside on the Key Stage one yard, thinking about the different vehicles and ways we can travel, such as planes, motorbikes, rowing boats and running. The children suggested actions to show each way of traveling. The children then moved around the playground in the chosen way.
