Yr1 Science – Plants

💐🌱🌻 PLANTS 🌻🌱💐
Yr1’s science focus this half-term is PLANTS!
They kicked off the topic by exploring the school grounds, identifying different types of plants 🙌🏼
They then came back to class and used tulips to help us recognise/ label parts of a plant 🌱
Finally they compared parts of a plant vs parts of a tree 🌳
A busy but productive lesson!
