Yr5 Science Visit: Abbie Ayre & the Shed of Science

Year 5 had an amazing science visitor this morning! Abbie Ayre & the Shed of Science, a Year 5 Air Quality & Sustainable Travel theatre presentation team came into school and put on a show! The children loved the show and learnt so much about: the potential consequences of poor air quality on health and well-being, identified the causes of poor air quality, how to improve their air quality by walking, cycling or using public transport, especially for the daily journey to school and the positive benefits of using sustainable travel.
